What is Yarn?

Yarn is a digital speech pathology app for 0-3 year olds built by speech pathologists for Australian families waiting to access allied health services.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes you can cancel your subscription through the Apple settings. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions

Should we still see a speech pathologist?

The purpose of Yarn is not to remove speech pathologists but instead provide families access to support while they are waiting. The Yarn team highly recommends reaching out to your local speech pathologist if you are concerned about your child's speech and language.

How much does Yarn cost?

Yarn currently has two plans, monthly ($35 per month) and yearly ($300 per year).

How do I track my child's progress?

You can track your child's progress from the homepage or in the menu section of the app.

How do I update my account details?

How do I delete my account?
  1. Log into your account on the app
  2. Open the menu by tapping the three lines in the top right of the screen
  3. Open the account settings page by tapping on account settings
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the account settings page and tap delete account
  5. Follow the steps provided to delete your account
